The Home Inspection is performed in accordance to the current Standards of Practice of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors posted at http://www.nachi.org/sop.htm.  These standards define consistent scope of professional practice used by the home inspector.

A visual inspection will be made of the following systems or components:

1. Exterior - Cladding, Doors, Decks, Porches, Windows, Vegetation, Grading, etc.
2. Roof System
3. Interior
4. Structure - Foundation & Framing
5. Insulation and Ventilation
6. Heating & Cooling Systems
7. Electrical System
8. Plumbing System
9. Fireplaces and Solid Fuel Burning Appliances

Note: This inspection performed in accordance with the NACHI Standards of Practice is not "Technically Exhaustive" nor identifies concealed conditions or latent defects.

My Inspection normally requires three and one half (3.5) to five (5) hours to complete.  I will take 350 to 600 digital pictures of which I will select 20 to 40 or more to include in the report. 

Following completion of the onsite inspection a computer generated report compiled providing results of the inspection.  The report is normally available within 24 hours for viewing and downloading from my website using provided username and password.  You will be informed by email that the report is available, the email will include your username, password and instructions.
